We almost always recommend clients use our expert brokerage services to sell their property. Even if it is a less desirable property is needing to be sold as-is or is in less than perfect condition, listing and marketing to the public on your behalf is almost always our recommendation and results in the most favorable outcome for you, the seller. 

However, sometimes listing and marketing a house is not the preferred route of the owner for a variety of reasons.  In the event a scenario or situation arises where a fast, discreet, as-is sale is preferred, we do buy real estate directly.
